Administrative Director – Convergent Medicine Clinic

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Administrative Director to lead the operations of our Convergent Medicine Clinic in Egypt. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare administration in Egypt, a familiarity with convergent medicine principles, and a proven track record of success in managing clinic operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth patient flow and efficient use of resources.
  • Manage clinic staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement clinic policies and procedures in line with Egyptian healthcare regulations.
  • Manage clinic budget and finances, including billing, insurance claims, and expense tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, regional, and national healthcare regulations.
  • Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality in accordance with Egyptian laws.
  • Oversee procurement of medical supplies and equipment.
  • Implement and maintain quality improvement initiatives.
  • Liaise with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated patient care.
  • Manage patient relations and address any concerns or complaints.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in convergent medicine and healthcare administration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare administration, preferably in a clinic setting in Egypt.
  • Strong understanding of Egyptian healthcare regulations and practices.
  • Familiarity with convergent medicine principles and practices.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate staff.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

Preferred Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field.
  • Experience working in a convergent medicine clinic.
  • Familiarity with medical billing and coding practices in Egypt.
  • Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies.
