Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Administrative Director to lead the operations of our Convergent Medicine Clinic in Egypt. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare administration in Egypt, a familiarity with convergent medicine principles, and a proven track record of success in managing clinic operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth patient flow and efficient use of resources.
- Manage clinic staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement clinic policies and procedures in line with Egyptian healthcare regulations.
- Manage clinic budget and finances, including billing, insurance claims, and expense tracking.
- Ensure compliance with all local, regional, and national healthcare regulations.
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality in accordance with Egyptian laws.
- Oversee procurement of medical supplies and equipment.
- Implement and maintain quality improvement initiatives.
- Liaise with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Manage patient relations and address any concerns or complaints.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in convergent medicine and healthcare administration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare administration, preferably in a clinic setting in Egypt.
- Strong understanding of Egyptian healthcare regulations and practices.
- Familiarity with convergent medicine principles and practices.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate staff.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
Preferred Skills:
- Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field.
- Experience working in a convergent medicine clinic.
- Familiarity with medical billing and coding practices in Egypt.
- Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies.
